Results may vary depending on factors including fabric type, garment condition, the type and age of buildup or staining, and previous treatments. Always test Renew on an inconspicuous area before use when appropriate. Renew is not recommended for leather, suede, silk, or dry-clean-only garments. Products should be used only for their intended purpose and according to the directions provided.
3. Orders and Payments
By placing an order through our website, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable shipping charges and taxes, when required, will be shown during checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing or inventory errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling an order. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Board Works currently ships within the United States only. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. 5. Returns and Refunds
Unopened and unused products remaining in their original sealed condition may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Opened or used products are generally not eligible for return or refund due to a change of mind.
