Return & Refund Policy
Our Commitment
At Board Works, we want you to feel confident when purchasing Renew. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
Returns of Unopened Products
Unopened and unused products that remain in their original sealed condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To request a return, please contact us at info@boardworksfamily.com with your order number before sending the product back. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Opened or Used Products
Because Renew is a liquid laundry pre-treatment product, opened or used products are generally not eligible for return or refund due to a change of mind. If you believe there is a problem with the product itself, please contact us so we can review the situation with you.
Damaged or Leaking Orders
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact Board Works within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging. After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Incorrect Orders
If Board Works sends you an incorrect product or makes an error with your order, please contact us promptly. We will work to correct the issue at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
For approved returns that are not the result of an error by Board Works, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error by Board Works or the product arrived damaged or leaking.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
